There is nothing to pay unless your claim is successful. Our fees are transparent, capped, and regulated by the FCA.
What does No Win, No Fee mean?
Our No Win, No Fee agreement (also known as a Conditional Fee Arrangement) means:
Nothing upfront
You pay nothing to start your claim or during the process.
Nothing if unsuccessful
If your claim doesn't succeed, you owe us nothing.
Success fee only
Our fee is a percentage of your compensation, capped at set limits.
Our Success Fee Schedule
All fees are exclusive of VAT (currently 20%). The success fee is calculated as a percentage of the compensation recovered, subject to the maximum cap shown.

14-Day Cooling Off Period
You have the right to cancel your agreement with Claims Engine within 14 days of signing, without giving any reason and at no cost to you.
To cancel, simply email us at cancel@claimsengine.co.uk within 14 days of signing your Letter of Authority.
After the cooling off period, you may still cancel at any time. If we have already carried out work on your claim, there may be a charge for work completed. This will never exceed what would have been payable as a success fee on any offer made at the time of cancellation.
You don’t have to use us
You are not required to use a claims management company to make a complaint about mis-sold car finance. You can complain directly to your lender free of charge. If your lender does not resolve your complaint within 8 weeks, you can escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service at no cost. We offer our service as a convenience, on a fully regulated, No Win, No Fee basis.
